General Session
Angular TDD Like You Never Seen Before
Oh c’mon Shai… isn’t Test Driven Development an old concept by now?
Well… yeah… it’s true that TDD is not a new concept but…
95% of developers who’ve heard about it, don’t really practice it!
Because of that, they miss all the wonderful opportunities to make their code better and more importantly – safer to push to production!
Over the past few years, I’ve developed a really easy way to learn TDD and integrate it into your day to day testing practices.
In this talk I took my simple process and wrapped it in the MOST MEMORABLE WAY you’ll ever see about this topic… while having tons of fun in the process!
This will make sure you won’t ever forget what are the right steps to take when “test driving”
your code and also how to start practicing it right away.
TDD doesn’t have to be scary or confusing! It’s a great habit to develop and can take a team
from saying “I’ll test it someday” to actually testing the crucial parts of their project without
procrastinating…
As I’m typing these words right now someone is literally yelling from outside of my office –
“He’s right! this really works! and it’s super fun!”
Why thank you… random next door neighbor who’s definitely not me writing this right now…
thank you very much!
